PRIMELAST is a brand operated by HelsinkiDrip Oy. These terms apply when you use this store or purchase products from us. Read them together with our Shipping Policy, Returns & 60-Day Guarantee, and Privacy Policy.

Using the store

You must be an adult with the legal capacity to make a purchase. Provide accurate contact, payment and delivery information, and keep any account credentials secure. Do not misuse the store, interfere with its security or use it for unlawful purposes.

Products and orders

Review the selected pack size, quantity and order total before payment. PRIMELAST Performance Gummies contain 30 gummies per pouch. A 3-pack contains three pouches and a 5-pack contains five pouches; the quantity in your cart counts the selected pack, not individual pouches.

Our current PRIMELAST pack offers are one-time purchases. Buying a pack does not by itself enroll you in a subscription. Any future recurring offer must state its price and frequency and require your agreement before purchase.

We may contact you if an order cannot be fulfilled, payment cannot be completed or a material error affects the order. We will not charge a higher corrected price without your agreement. If an order we cannot fulfill has been paid, we will refund it.

Prices, taxes and delivery charges

The currency and total shown at checkout apply to your purchase. Applicable taxes and delivery charges collected by us are shown before payment. Promotions may change for future orders; changes do not alter an order already agreed with you.

Delivery, cancellation and returns

See our Shipping Policy for processing and delivery information and our Returns & 60-Day Guarantee for cancellation and refund terms. Delivery estimates do not override any statutory delivery obligations. We remain responsible for handling problems with an order in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Product information

Read the product label, ingredients and directions before use. Product information on this store is not a personal diagnosis or individualized medical advice. Do not use the product to replace prescribed treatment without advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

Content and external services

Store content and brand assets may not be copied or used commercially without the appropriate permission. You retain ownership of content you submit. If you submit a review, you allow us to display that review in connection with the relevant product, subject to applicable law and any consent required for other uses.

Shopify hosts the store. Your purchase is from HelsinkiDrip Oy, trading as PRIMELAST. External payment or other services may also have their own terms.

Consumer protections and liability

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. In particular, these terms do not remove statutory consumer remedies or responsibility for fraud or other liability that the law does not permit us to limit.

Finnish law applies to these terms, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections provided by the law applicable in their country of residence. Nothing here prevents you from using a court or dispute-resolution procedure available to you under mandatory law.

Updates and contact

We may update these terms for future use of the store and future purchases. The terms applicable to your existing order remain those agreed when you purchased, except where the law requires otherwise.
