HelsinkiDrip Oy, trading as PRIMELAST, is responsible for the personal information we process to operate this store and fulfil your orders. Contact us using the details below to ask about your information or exercise your rights.

Information we use

When you shop or contact us, we receive information such as your name, email address, delivery and billing details, order history and messages. Shopify and payment providers process payment information. We also receive technical information about how the store is used, such as device, browser, approximate location, referral and purchase events.

The store uses Meta advertising tools and Microsoft Clarity analytics. Where enabled, TikTok advertising tools may also receive browsing and purchase events, subject to applicable consent settings. International processing and retention

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability or restriction, object to processing, or withdraw consent. PRIMELAST operates this store. These terms apply when you use this store or purchase products from us. Read them together with our Shipping Policy, Returns & 90-Day Guarantee, and Privacy Policy.

Using the store

You must be an adult with the legal capacity to make a purchase. Provide accurate contact, payment and delivery information, and keep any account credentials secure. Do not misuse the store, interfere with its security or use it for unlawful purposes.

Products and orders

Review the selected pack size, quantity and order total before payment. PRIMELAST Performance Gummies contain 30 gummies per pouch. A 3-pack contains three pouches and a 5-pack contains five pouches; the quantity in your cart counts the selected pack, not individual pouches.

Our current PRIMELAST pack offers are one-time purchases. Buying a pack does not by itself enroll you in a subscription. Any future recurring offer must state its price and frequency and require your agreement before purchase.

We may contact you if an order cannot be fulfilled, payment cannot be completed or a material error affects the order. We will not charge a higher corrected price without your agreement. If an order we cannot fulfill has been paid, we will refund it.

Prices, taxes and delivery charges

The currency and total shown at checkout apply to your purchase. Applicable taxes and delivery charges collected by us are shown before payment. Promotions may change for future orders; changes do not alter an order already agreed with you.

Delivery, cancellation and returns

See our Shipping Policy for processing and delivery information and our Returns & 90-Day Guarantee for cancellation and refund terms. Delivery estimates do not override any statutory delivery obligations. We remain responsible for handling problems with an order in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Product information

Read the product label, ingredients and directions before use. Product information on this store is not a personal diagnosis or individualized medical advice. Do not use the product to replace prescribed treatment without advice from a qualified healthcare professional.

Content and external services

Store content and brand assets may not be copied or used commercially without the appropriate permission. You retain ownership of content you submit. Consumer protections and liability

These terms do not deprive consumers of mandatory protections provided by the law applicable in their country of residence. Nothing here prevents you from using a court or dispute-resolution procedure available to you under mandatory law.

Updates and contact

We may update these terms for future use of the store and future purchases. The terms applicable to your existing order remain those agreed when you purchased, except where the law requires otherwise.

Shipping policy

Every order is placed through our secure Shopify checkout. Available destinations and delivery options are shown when you enter your delivery address.

Shipping charges

Available shipping options and any delivery charges are shown at checkout before payment. Any free-shipping offer applies when it is shown for your order. Your checkout shows the final currency and total.

Delivery information

Delivery times depend on the destination and shipping service. Please use any estimate shown for your order at checkout. If you need an item by a particular date, contact us before ordering so we can check the available options.

Your address and order

Check your address carefully before completing payment. If you notice an error, email us with your order number as soon as possible. We will check whether the address can still be updated before dispatch.

Tracking and delivery problems

Use the shipment information in your dispatch confirmation, where tracking is available. If your parcel is delayed, missing or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number. We will investigate with the delivery provider. This does not limit your statutory rights.

International deliveries

Taxes or duties collected by us are shown at checkout. For destinations outside the EU, local import charges may apply where they are not collected at checkout. Contact us before ordering if you need clarification.

Refund policy

90-day money-back guarantee

Try PRIMELAST with a 90-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, contact hello@primelast.com within 90 days of delivery with your order number and the email address used for your purchase.

Opened pouches are eligible. You do not need to return the pouches. We will refund the amount paid for the PRIMELAST products covered by your request, including the standard delivery charge for a fully refunded order. Optional expedited-shipping upgrades are not included unless required by law.

The guarantee applies to PRIMELAST purchases made directly from this store. Contact the original seller for purchases made elsewhere.

How refunds work

We will confirm the outcome of your request by email. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider determines when the credit appears on your account. We do not charge a restocking fee under this guarantee.

Damaged, incorrect or missing items

Contact hello@primelast.com with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos of damage or the wrong item can help us resolve it. We will arrange the appropriate replacement, refund or other remedy. Your rights for faulty or undelivered goods are not limited to the 90-day satisfaction period.

Cancellation before dispatch

Contact us as soon as possible if you want to cancel. If the order has not entered a stage of fulfillment that prevents cancellation, we will cancel it and refund the payment. If it has already shipped, this policy and any applicable statutory cancellation rights still apply.

Earlier orders

These terms apply to current PRIMELAST purchases. Orders placed before this update retain the guarantee and terms provided when they were purchased.

Your statutory rights

This guarantee is additional to your statutory consumer rights. It does not restrict rights relating to faulty goods, non-delivery or a legal right to withdraw from an online purchase. Where an applicable law gives you more favorable rights, those rights apply.

For qualifying purchases delivered to the European Union, you may notify us of withdrawal within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason, subject to statutory exceptions. You can notify us by a clear statement sent to hello@primelast.com. We will explain any necessary next steps without reducing your statutory rights.

One-time purchases

The current PRIMELAST 1-pack, 3-pack and 5-pack offers are one-time purchases. Your selected pack is charged once when you place your order. These offers do not create automatic renewals or a recurring subscription.

Changing or cancelling an order

Email hello@primelast.com as soon as possible with your order number and the change you would like to make. We will confirm whether the request can be completed before fulfillment progresses. A request alone does not mean the order has been changed or cancelled.

If we confirm cancellation before dispatch, we will refund the payment to the original payment method. If the parcel has already shipped, our Returns & 60-Day Guarantee and any statutory cancellation rights apply.
